Episode 1 – Coffee with Nicolò Clericò, Founder of Dress Up: the “Airbnb of Fashion”

There is a precise moment when an idea stops being just an intuition and starts becoming a vision.

This is exactly where the very first official episode of Rich People begins — JM ’s podcast dedicated to minds that are rewriting the rules of contemporary entrepreneurship.

For our debut, we sat down for a coffee with Nicolò Clericò, young entrepreneur and founder of Dress Up, the platform that is changing the way we experience fashion through rental. Often described as the “Airbnb of fashion”, Dress Up was born from an idea as simple as it is powerful:
“Innovative, accessible, and built on the belief that if you can rent it, why buy it?”

When innovation meets courage

With Nicolò, we spoke about vision, courage, and creativity. About what it really means to build something entirely new in a traditionally static industry like fashion. About breaking the rules, facing the very first challenges as a founder, and turning fear into fuel.

Dress Up is not just a platform – it represents a new consumption culture, one that blends sustainability, style, and the sharing economy, giving people the freedom to experience fashion in a more conscious, dynamic, and accessible way.

Fashion, sustainability, and new generations

One message came through loud and clear during our conversation: the future of fashion can no longer exist without circular, responsible, and intelligent models. Nicolò shared how this awareness has guided every decision behind the project – from the business model to communication, all the way to building a community that truly shares the same values.

An honest, unfiltered conversation that highlights not only success, but also doubts, struggles, and those late nights spent imagining something that didn’t exist yet.

More than just a project

Nicolò is a person with truly contagious energy – the living proof of someone who knows how to rise after every fall, stronger and more aware than before. A kind soul, a clear vision, and an admirable consistency.
For me, being able to collaborate as CMO on such a visionary project is a true honor. I genuinely feel part of a revolution in progress – within myself, outside, and ready to bring it into the world.

I truly hope this episode will give you the chance to get to know Nicolò a little better too – and, hopefully, to be inspired by his journey.

An episode that inspires

This first episode of Rich People is a powerful mix of energy, vision, and inspiration. A story for those who dream of creating, for those who are building their own path, and for anyone who wants to look at entrepreneurship from a more human, less polished perspective.

Because behind every project that truly works, there is always, first and foremost, someone who had the courage to believe.
